Expert Agent Market Place

The Market Place pop up will appear when confirming a valuation, when you change the status of a sales property to ‘on market,’ or can be reached by right clicking when in a property record and selecting the Market Place option.

The Market Place offers you competitively priced services from our hand picked 3rd party partners, including EPC’s, floorplans, photography etc.

1. Select the 'Expert Agent Marketplace' option.
2. If you choose not to use the Market Place you are able to switch it off here.  Please note Unticking the check box below disables the Expert Agent Market Place for ALL users in your office, each agency in a group controls this switch. To disable this for individual users, please amend the user profile located under Tools --> Business Configuration --> Agency Staff --> Staff Permissions.
3. This will show a list of all orders for all offices to date.
4. Save
5. Expert Agent Tenant Referencing can be turned on your your Agency from here.
