Expert Agent is very easy to navigate around. You’ll pick it up in 10 minutes.
However, you won’t get the best out of it unless you understand what it does and why and how it does it.
We’ve always offered Free Online Training. That makes us unique in our industry. We’re not being naïve and missing a trick. We make our money from the subscriptions you pay us and we can sacrifice revenue from training if it results in better quality users. Better quality users keep paying the subscriptions longer and recommend Expert Agent to their friends.
Most members go for the Free Online Training option.

The most popular courses are run every week and others are run once a fortnight.
These courses are transmitted live over the internet. You just need to sit in front of your computer. You'll need either a cheap headset (your smartphone headphones might do the trick but, if not, your local Asda or Tesco will sell you one for a fiver) or you'll need to use your phone to make a local rate call to a number you'll get given.
You can ask questions (via voice or "live chat") and there's a test at the end to make sure you've understood everything.
If you can't do the live training, each module is available on a YouTube video (still with a test to prove you've watched it). More details via the Free Online Training page.
In our 2013 customer service survey, 38% of those that went on to "attend" our Live, online courses said that they were "sceptical of their merit". Once they'd done one or more course, 93% of this group then added that they were impressed, thought it was the best possible training method and would recommend it to their colleagues!

Your initial sign-up comes with 5-hours of one-to-one time with our product specialists and trainers. You'll use some of this for your Configuration Review but the rest can be used up for help with brochures, letters or any specific issues you may have.
Very few customers get us to do face-to-face initial training these days - they see the merit in saving the need for staff to leave their desks for hours or even days. However, some ask us to do chargeable follow-up and problem solving visits. A popular is to pay to get one of our product specialists on-site the day you go "live" with Expert Agent - to solve any last minute snags that have slipped through your testing.
