13. Login for your Apple Developers Account - as per the information above in the Signing Up section.
You’ll need a credit card to do this. You’ll also need an Apple ID. You can use your personal one but we’d recommend creating a separate work account because you’ll need to supply us with the login so that we can upload and test the finished app
Go to http://developer.apple.com/programs/ios/ and click 'Enroll Now'.
Enter your apple ID and choose the Company version of the enrolment form.
The form seems to change every time we look at it. Here’s some pointers though:
- You’re developing iOS applications
- Your applications are commercial – the target sector for both you and the app is “business”
- If you get asked for a DUNS number, you need to work around it. A DUNS number is a US only credit check related ID.
- Finally, you should be in a position to pay.
We provide Estate Apps with a dedicated data feed daily including everything they would need to keep your site and/or apps updated.
We need to send you an order confirmation and get you to pay the initial upfront payment.
Once you’ve done this, you need to get signed up as an Apple Developer (assuming you are having iPad or iPhone apps). This allows you to own the apps and take benefit from and responsibility for them.
We’ll then need you to get some text and graphics together.
