Changing Financial Permissions

Within Expert Agent you are able to enable finance functionality for individual members of staff within your business and also configure which functions you enable on their profile via the Permissions button on their Staff Profile via configuration. 

The resulting screen allows you to select actions that they will/will not be able to perform as you wish.

1. Ensure that you are on the Finance Tab.  
2. If you do want this staff member to be able to access financials ensure the tick box ‘Enable Finance’ is ticked.
3. Tick the boxes for the actions you would like this staff member to be able to perform. 
4. Click Save.
