Property post migration work

Work through your available/on market properties first, later you can do the ‘under offer/negotiation’ and sold stc/let stc properties), please check the following... 

Check the Photos tab

Upload the property photos for the property if they were not migrated.

Check the Adverts tab

• Check the ‘advert header’ field contains the Street name, Town name.
• Check the main advert text description is in the ‘internet advert’ field.

Check the Match Criteria tab

• Check the ‘Bedrooms’ field content is correct
• Check the ‘Bathrooms field content is correct
• Check the ‘Property Type’ field content is correct
• Check the ‘Property Style’ field content is correct
• Enter the properties location in the ‘Location’ dropdown box
• Tick any of the ‘Property Features 1/2’ items that are relevant to that property (if you have either of these enabled in config)
• If the property is a rental, check the ‘Furnished’ status and ‘Available from date’ fields are populated.

Details Tab

Check the property has ‘House Name / Number, Street Name, Town, Postcode’

Tick the following tick boxes…

• ‘Show On Website’  (this will make the property appear on your website)
• ‘Show On Portals’    (this will send the property to portals, but only when the portal feeds are setup)
• ‘Match This Property’ (this will make the property available for matching)
• ‘Full Details On The Web’  (this will include rooms details and the brochure in the feeds to the portals/your website)

Press ‘save’ when you have updated each record.

Other things to consider: you may need to upload floor plans, EPC and brochures for your properties if they were not migrated.
