Applicant Match Criteria Tab

The Match Criteria tab holds the details which determine how your applicant will be matched to suitable properties.

1. It is imperative you have some price brackets setup to determine the properties that will be matched.  If there is no information in these fields your applicant will not be matched.  If you have size turned on in your departments in configuration then you MUST enter a size bracket for your applicant otherwise they will not match.  
2. Property Features, Styles, Ages and Essentials tick boxes.  This narrows your applicants match criteria down.  You can tick to state what they are looking for. E.g. a detached modern house. Please be aware that when working with essentials only tick if it is deemed absolutely essential they have that property feature. E.g. must have a garden and parking.
3. Select the Locations your applicant is looking in.
