Matching Essentials One

These are elements that are deemed essential by the purchaser and used for matching.  For example “I will only consider properties with a garage – it’s a must!” There are two matching essentials available – Matching Essentials One (recommended for Sales) and Matching Essentials Two (recommended for Lettings).

1. Select Essentials 1 to setup your Sales essentials.
2. Any previous essentials added will display.
3. Click 'New Essentials' to add any further essential matching criteria.
4. Enter the new essential.
5. SAVE

You will find that the essentials will have no defaults set.  You must ensure that you add the essentials you require.  The image above is an example of the essentials you may wish to consider.

Example: How Property Types will show in the front end of Expert Agent

The matching essentials will display when entering an applicant via the wizard, a property via the wizard, the applicant and property forms.
