Upload your Brochures

If possible we'll have imported details into the Brochures tab. Within the Brochures tab, the rooms will have been split into separate rooms where possible. Room titles and measurements may not be present, but for web advertising purposes it is the detail in the description that is most crucial, and this information should be checked to ensure it will appear correctly formatted when the details are published to the web.

It is advisable while you are checking the room details that you enter a room title and measurements ready for creating brochures.

You are able to upload your existing Word details or PDFs for each property, and from a presentation perspective it is well worth spending the couple of minutes it takes to do this.

Go into the 'Brochures' tab and click on the 'Manual Upload' tab:

Click the 'Upload' button against the relevant option (depending on whether you have a PDF or a Word document to upload), navigate to the saved Word brochure on your computer/server and upload it.
