E-Mail Scanner (legacy function)

Expert Agent's E-Mail Scanner is a feature which imports inbound and outbound emails into relevant property and applicant records’ event history.

It does this by establishing its own connection to your existing email server for each account that needs to be imported. This means that you can continue to send and receive email using the software and devices that you currently use, safe in the knowledge that any emails you send and receive that relate to properties or applicants will be imported into events.

So, whether you use Outlook, your iPhone, your iPad, webmail, or a Mac you carry on sending and receiving emails as you’ve always done. Expert Agent just quietly imports them for you.

Unfortunately, we are no longer able to offer our email scanner functionality, this is now a legacy product.
