Portal Setup Tab

This tab allows you to add portals to upload your property to.  Your chosen portals should be automatically added for you when you put the property on the market:

The grid will show what portals the property is feeding to as well as basic information regarding the data feed – this information may differ slightly from one portal to another depending on how often they are supplied your data etc.

The 'Add a New Portal' option will allow you to add another portal if necessary. There are also additional options next to each portal to check first and last sent dates ('Edit'), to remove that portal from the property's send list, or to set up a re-send of photographs in the next feed.

N.B. If any of your portals say "Failed" in the Failure column, hover your mouse over the word "Failed" and it will display the reason the feed failed (this is likely to be something as simple as Missing Address One, Missing Advert Header.) Just correct the area that is mentioned, and Save your property record.  You should check back on the Portals tab, to confirm the Failure column now says N/A.  For further information on Portal Failures, see this article this article.
