Occupier Status

This is where you setup the status of the occupier i.e. is it vacant, tenanted or is the vendor living in the property. This is important for booking viewings.

1. Select Occupier Status.
2. Edit or rename any existing options.
3. Add a 'New Occupier Status' if necessary.
4. Enter the new status.
5. SAVE

The example above shows the Occupier Status on the Vendors tab on the property form.
