Lettings Properties

Lettings properties are entered and managed in the same way as Sales properties. You'll use add property plus the property grid, dashboard and quick links to manage your lettings property records.

Lettings Properties look the same as sales properties, albeit with some "extras" and have all the same same functionality ie matching, letters, viewings etc - all used in the same way. However, Lettings properties have Tenancies rather than offers and Landlords rather than Vendors.  Landlords are stored in a separate Landlord form. Landlords have a grid, dashboard, quick links etc. A Lettings property can have multiple landlords (Property with Multiple Landlords) and a Landlord can have multiple properties.
