Enquiry Methods

This is important to setup correctly as it allows you to determine how most of your business is getting in touch with you.

1. Select the Enquiry Method option.
2. Edit or rename any existing options.
3. Add a 'New Enquiry Method' if necessary.
4. Enter the new method and tick the box if you wish to set it as default.
5. SAVE

Example: How the Enquiry Method will show in the front end of Expert Agent

The example shown above is from a Property Form however the Enquiry Method will display in many records and wizards throughout the system such as applicant and landlord forms.
