A couple of quick things to explain before you get logged in.

Using your Login

• If you’re the boss, we’ll have supplied your login. If not, your boss will supply your logins.
• Keep your login safe! If others get it, they can mess about with your work or worse, steal your data.
• Don’t let others use it – everyone needs and will be issued with their own login.  It is only the number of people logged into the system at the same time that you pay for.
• Your boss controls the logins – for security reasons the Expert Agent support team cannot give you passwords.
• Letting Windows or any other tool you have installed store your password could pose a security risk.
• Failed Login? 3 strikes and you’re logged out for 5 minutes.
• Passwords ARE case sensitive.
• Ensure that when you have finished working on Expert Agent, you logout correctly.
• As standard Expert Agent will end your session if it is idle for 60 minutes.  This can be changed in your user profile.
• Save your work before you logoff.
• Save your work before you walk away.
