Recording a Note of Interest (Scotland)

Scottish agents receive Notes of Interest from 3rd parties - normally solicitors.

The challenge here is that a Note of Interest may not necessarily contain a price or even the name of the potential purchaser. 

Expert Agent allows users in Scotland to add Notes of Interest instead of or in addition to offers.

In every other respect, a note of interest works just like an Offer - you can attach a property, an applicant, lawyers etc. There's room for a price and you can generate standard letters in the usual way.
