Simple property matching

In this chapter we will look at matching our property to suitable applicants. To look at matching in more detail please visit the Matching section of the manual.

There are two methods of matching, both accessible from the ‘Matching’ item in the property action menu:

Quick Match – this is the non-formal way of matching. Although this process will log your matches you are only able to send the matches via email. Quick Match simply allows you to create a match and quickly email to all matching applicants.

Match Processor – this is the formal way of matching, for which Expert Agent logs the results, you have the opportunity to work with your match results before sending them, and you have a choice of outputs to use to send your match results. This is the way we recommend you match.
