Make sure you have an advert heading. By default this is populated with the street name and town where present.
Make sure you have the Main Advert for your brochures, this is the advert for your website (if using the Expert Agent website creation service) and for the Rightmove and other portal websites. This advert is copied to the right hand Internet Advert.
Advert boxes 2 - 5 may be blank or they may have data in them - this will depend on how many paragraphs of advert copy you had in your previous software. Arrange the text as you see fit, and speak to a super user about renaming the names of the boxes in accordance with the content if this has not already been done.
