Tenancy Agreement Types

Assured Short hold is the only default Tenancy Agreement Type in the Configuration.  If you require additional types you will need to add them into the Configuration.

1. Select “Tenancy Agreement Types”.
2. All of your Tenancy Agreement Types will be displayed. 
3. If you would like to add a new type click “New Agreement Type”.
4. Edit your Tenancy Agreement Type.  Ensure you complete the Initial Term, Notice/ Renewal Period and Inspection Due After (in Months) fields.

Example: How the Tenancy Agreement Types will show in the front end of Expert Agent

This example show the “Add a New Tenancy Wizard” however this will also display on the various tenancy forms within the system.
