Categorising Active Applicants

When you have a large number of Active Applicants sometimes it can be hard to see the wood for the trees when running Matches or loading your Grids.  

You can add in a Status Prompt to help categorise the Applicants.  

For example you could have a Status Prompt called "Mailing List" with the answers of "Email Only", "Hot List", Active Mailing List".  This can be added the same way as any other Status Prompt by going to Tools -> Configuration -> Applicant Configuration -> Applicant Status Prompts.

Once this is created you will be able to categorise your applicants further than just Active or Inactive.  

You can also create personal Quicklinks or Saved Selections from your grid using the new Applicant Status Prompt.
