Viewing SMS Reminder

This section allows you to configure the automatic SMS Text which is sent to all applicants at least 2 hours before they attend a viewing.

If you are using the Expert Agent Text Messages, it is highly advised you make use of this feature as agents have found it reduces the amount of “no shows” dramatically.

1. These are the different merge codes to pull through the correct information into your text.
2. Edit the SMS text to suit your needs.  Your text is a reminder for them to turn up to the Viewing.  Texts are the standard character length of 160 characters. Please be aware of this to avoid your text going over to two text credits.
3. Ensure this box is ticked in order to send SMS Viewing Reminders.
4. SAVE

Market research shows a text is more of an event and dramatically reduces the number of no shows on your viewings.  We add 20 text credits to your account as a new user to test out.
