Landlord Preferred Contractors Page Tab

This page tab lets you add this property's preferred contractors for the various types of maintenance jobs – plumbing, decorating, and so on.

1. Click “Add a New Preferred Contractor” which will open up your contacts form for you to choose the required contractor or add a new contractor if you need to.
2. Assign a contact using the plus in the 'Contact Details' heading bar (not showing above as contact is already assigned). Select a contact type and add notes on the right hand side.
3. Save.
