Business Configuration

The Configuration element of Expert Agent is broken down into 8 key areas.  You will need to look at each one in turn. You may find that the pre-configured elements of Expert agent suit your agency's needs, and that there is very little for you to do. Nevertheless, you will need to check through Configuration to ensure that this is the case.

Business Configuration relates to setting up your branches, staff, data sharing etc and is accessed from Tools>Configuration and the left hand column of options as below:
