Maintenance Types

We’ve added the standard maintenance types for you however you may wish to add to these to suit your needs.  These Maintenance types will show when adding new jobs and assigning preferred contractors.

1. Select “Maintenance Types”.
2. A list of all the default types will appear.
3. If you would like to add a new maintenance type, click “New Maintenance Type”.
4. Add your new maintenance type.

Example: How the Maintenance Types will show in the front end of Expert Agent

This example shows the Maintenance type when adding a new or managing an existing maintenance job.  These types will also show when setting up a preferred contractor.
