Applicant Events Tab

The events tab holds all the history of the record.  Expert Agent is OFT compliant which means everything you do within the system is recorded and cannot be changed or deleted.  If you need to look back in the history to find a specific log make use of the filters.  You can also add any additional notes you would like.

1. Filter on the event type you are looking for.  This will narrow down the results making it a lot quicker and easier to find.
2. The results will show in this section.  Click into each one for further details.
3. Either Create a Report of your selection or add a New Event if you would like to add any additional notes.
