We are now going to look at the Match Processor in more detail.
Click "Matching" and then “Match Processor” in the applicant’s action menu. An empty grey grid appears. Please don't think that you have done anything wrong, or that you haven't matched anything. An empty grid simply indicates that you haven't created a new match yet.
Sending out a single property
If your applicant just wants one property, go to the match processor. Right click and select 'Add Property'. In order to send the match out right click and select 'Send E-mail'.
Sending all suitable properties
Go to match processor from your applicant. Right click and select the 'New Match' option.

Your Match Grid will now be populated with properties that meet the applicant’s requirements as shown below:
Let’s look at the match 'Action Menu' in more detail:
New Match - Creates the new match
Clear Filters - Removes any filters you may have placed on the match grid
Include All - Includes all records
Exclude All - Excludes all records
Send SMS - Send the match via text
Send E-mail - Send the match via E-mail
Letters/Lists - Create the match letters & lists
Labels - Create the labels for postage
Match Report - Create a traditional match report
Change Status - Change the match status
Reject Excluded - Reject the excluded matches
Choose Columns - Choose which columns display and the order in which they display
Not Matching? - This option opens the Match Debugger to determine why an applicant may not be matching to a property.
Add Property - Manually add a property
In this example we are going to send a match e-mail.
