Diary Configuration

The top option in the Diary Configuration section is the setup of your default diary.

1. Setting up your default diary simply allows you to choose what you want your default diary to be when booking in Viewings and Valuations from an Applicant/Property record etc.

2. Any of the Appointment Types you have added in under Setup Prompts will be listed here.  You can change the colour by clicking on any of the appointments types listed.  

3. On any of the statuses, click on the down arrow next to the colour.  

4. The following screen will open and you can select the colour from the top right.  Or use the text bow below if you know the HEX code for the colour (google is your friend!).  

5. Save.

6. Save again to save all your changes including the default diary.
