Lettings 1 - Tenancies

Expert Agent has comprehensive lettings and lettings financial functionality, designed to let you take complete control of your lettings department.

Our Lettings and Lettings finance functionality sits on top of the Sales functonality so all of our excellent front-office features (viewings, matching, grids, dashboards, quicklinks etc) can be used.

If you've used Expert Agent for a while, we need to switch the Lettings functionality on for you. You can tell if it is switched on because the top menu includes items callled landlords, Tenancies and Maintenance which are not visible otherwise

The starting point for all Lettings functionality is the Property record and the Applicant record and we'll assume you know how to enter one of each as we move through the specifics of the extra Lettings functionality.
