Contact Types

This is helpful as it allows you to ensure all of your contacts are sitting in the correct type.  This makes it a lot easier to search through your contacts and find the one you are after.

1. Select Contact Types.
2. This shows a list of contact types currently setup.
3. Click the “New Contact Type” button if you would like to add additional contact types.
4. Enter the new contact type.
5. Choose if you would like to show the contact on your website and what colour you would like the pin to be (not many agents will show this information on their website).
6. SAVE

The example shown above is from the Contact Grid however it is shown in many other places within Expert Agent when assigning contacts.
