Fixflo Configuration

Fixflo can now be seemlessly integrated within Expert Agent so that all the Maintenance Issues reported onto your Fixflo account get logged within Expert Agent as a new maintenance job.  

1) Enable the Fixflo import. 

2) The Fixflo URL, Username and Password can be obtained from your Fixflo account.  Add these in here (ours are hidden!) 

3) You can assign the Default Negotiator here, this is the person that will get the Internal Message regarding the new job, not who the jobs are assigned to.  You can also include multiple branches if applicable.  

4) Press the Save buttonm and your Fixflo import is enabled and ready to go.
