Batch Matching

Batch Matching is the process in which you match multiple applicants to multiple properties. Unlike using match processor you perform the batch match from the relevant grid and all of the matches results are then placed in the Matching Management tool “Outstanding Matches” under the Applicants option in the Top Menu for you to process, as opposed to being instantly presented to you.

The key thing to remember is that your Outstanding Matches Grid must be clear of all outstanding matches before you do a Batch Match.
