Management Types

We’ve added the Standard management Types, “Let Only”,” Rent Collection” and “Fully Managed”.  Should you wish to add anymore Management Types, click “New Prompt”.

1. Select “Management Types”.
2. We have added some standard management types in for you.
3. If you would like to add another prompt, click “New Management Type”.
4. Setup your Management Type as required.  The tick box “Pass Rent to Landlord” relates to finance and will be covered at a later stage.

Example: How the Management Types will show in the front end of Expert Agent

The example above shows the Management Type option on the Tenancy form.
