Guarantor Page Tab

The Guarantor page tab allows you to store details of a guarantor should you need to.

This information is then made available in grids and as merge fields in outputs. You can therefore incorporate guarantor details into tenancy agreements, overdue rent letters etc.

at this stage we only store one guarantor - if you want to store more, you'll need to put the details into events or use other fields designed for other purposes (internal notes etc).

There are no specific guarantor related financial features because, in the end, any transactions will relate to the defaulting tenant - not the guarantor.

1. Capture the contact details.
2. Capture the financial details. There is a bank look-up feature here - enter the account number and sort code details then verify the details. If they are correct it will fill in the branch details for you, if not then the system warns you that the details are not valid instantly.
