Expert Agent allows you to manage your board ordering more effectively via your existing contractor. We don’t yet have an integrated national board contractor, but we’re looking for one! 

The Board Control functionality records the current board status for each property, allows you to order a board, send emails and text messages to your contractor, report on board status, quickly see board status, update the contractor and reconcile his bill.
