Applicant Own Property Tab

The Own Property tab allows you to makes notes on the applicant’s current property, their reason for moving, if they have a property to sell and if so, if there are any other agents instructed.

1. Enter details of their current property, their reason for moving and if they have a property to sell, information on any other agents instructed.
2. If they do have a property to sell that is on the market with another agent enter in the price it is on the market for, the contract type and when the agreement with that other agent expires. If you enter in the date it will flag up in your quicklink “Applicants where contract with other agent expires within 7 (or 31) days”.  This advanced warning will allow to you hopefully be the first to book in a valuation before your competitors.
