Checking Statistics

Expert Agent’s reporting allows you to take a good look at office and/or negotiator performance in a variety of areas, if you are getting the most out of your Expert Agent subscription, helpful Morning Meeting briefs, Leadboards and a variety of other useful stats and KPI’s. 

Only super users have access to the reporting as standard – you can choose however on a per person basis who you’d like to be able to view this area, as there are tick boxes when you set up staff profile’s in Configuration. 

You access stats via Tools in the top menu, and Reporting from the drop down:
