Margins

These margin settings will set the page margins for the whole document. If you do not want every page of the template to have the same margins you will need to configure this within the template itself.

Images size

The image size fields allow you to configure the width of the images merged by Expert Agent, these are mostly only used for brochure and report templates however you are still able to use these within letter templates. We recommend that you change these after you have the template setup as you can then use the preview button to quickly see how these affect the template.

Header / footer template

These will allow you to assign a template as a header and footer, these will then appear at the start and end of each defined page within the template. The advantage of using these is that you can have one or two templates that are repeated onto many other templates, this will allow you to change the contents of one template which will then be reflected across many others. The down side to this is that you will need to make sure the contents of each page isn’t too long or too short as this can resort in the document not printing exactly how you want.

Compatibility mode

This is a feature intended for older templates; you should only need to use this if you have an older template that is now having difficulties. Please note enabling this will stop you being able to print from Firefox.
