Adding applicants as potential vendors

When initially adding your applicant you would have determined whether they were a Potential Vendor with a property to sell.  If so, it is important to consider encompassing every aspect into Expert Agent and adding them in as a Potential Vendor.  You may only wish to do this if you have persuaded them to have an appraisal.

You don’t need to worry about re-keying all the data into a new property form.  Simply follow the steps below:

1. Right click on the applicant form and select “Create Property”.  You can also create a Landlord from an Applicant record if necessary.  

This action will copy the details and place them into Expert Agent as a potential vendor.
