Property Safety Checks

To ensure that your properties are flagged up in good time before their Gas Safety Certificate, Electrical Safety Certificate etc. expire, you need to ensure you record the expiry dates on the Dates page tab within the property record:

You need to have the Quick Links below added to either your right tool bar or your property dashboard (right tool bar example shown below):

As per usual you will find “My”, “Office” and “Group” versions of the quick links, so choose the version most relevant for you.

When the number next to one of your quick links is greater than 0, click on the quick link to open your property grid, showing you the properties in question. From here you can organise the checks to be carried out - you could even design an instruction letter to send straight out from here to the contractor containing all of the details they would need.
