Email Processor is a chargeable option in Expert Agent –  it is £1 per account per month per email address to cover the extra server rack we need to store all those emails and the bandwidth needed to collect them. There’s also a support burden.
To get Email Processor set up please contact our customer service team on 01225 303500, option 2, or by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., confirming how many email addresses you need setting up. So, if you have sales@, lettings@, info@ and mike@, that’s 4 accounts.
We’ll confirm that we’ve updated your account.
Then, you're all ready.

Email Scanner won't connect to every email server. There's no pattern to it. Most work, some don't. For this reason we can't support it. If you can make it work by yourself or with help from a local IT guy, brilliant. If you can't get it working, I'm afraid we can't help you - it is that PC "layers" issue that we explain in this article Getting Technical & Product Support

Once set up, Expert Agent’s email scanner will do its first full scan of your accounts overnight.
To set up individual staff emails, work in the left hand column. Choose the staff name from the dropdown list. Tick enable then repeat steps 2 to 5 as detailed above.
