Commercial Types

If you have a Commercial department you will need to ensure you setup any Commercial Types required.

1. Choose Commercial Types to edit the prompts for the Commercial Department.
2. Click on the current prompts to amend if necessary.
3. Click “New Commercial Type” to add additional Commercial Types.
4. Enter in the new Commercial Type you require.
5. Select the Portal Type and Style from the drop down boxes.
6. SAVE
