Extra Data

This allows you to extend Expert Agent’s capabilities dramatically by adding up to an additional 50 configurable fields to the property forms.  You have the option to set them to pop up when you do specific actions (such as “put on market” for example). You can insist that they get filled in and run reports with this information from the property grid.

1. Select the 'Extra Data' option.
2. Select the department you want to work with.
3. Choose your prompt type – Dropdown lists, text fields, dates boxes and numbers.
4. Enter the prompt type into the text box and then click edit items to add the prompts. Note the “Text”, “Date” and “Number” tabs where you can configure your prompts further by adding text fields, number fields & date boxes. Tick the various boxes depending on which wizards you want your prompt to display.
5. Save
