To process your batch match you need to access your Outstanding Matches tool. There are 2 versions of this – 'All Outstanding Matches' and 'My Outstanding Matches' – accessible from the Applicants dropdown in the top menu.
Outstanding Matches explained
The Outstanding Matches sections are simply for managing and processing matches - you are not able to run matches from these sections. Having performed a match via any of the aforementioned methods you will be left with pending matches awaiting processing; these are what you will be seeing in your Outstanding Matches grid. The term pending matches is used to describe match results that have been generated but have yet to be sent.
Match Processor is used to perform simple matches, and covers the entire match (both running and processing). The difference between this and Outstanding Matches is that accessing the match processor from an applicant or property is only going to allow you to run or retrieve a match for the specific applicant or property record you are in, whereas the Outstanding Matches tool retrieves pending matches for ALL applicants and properties.

Processing Outstanding Matches
Click on the relevant Outstanding Matches option from the applicant menu and the corresponding grid will open:
In the example we are looking at there are 10 pending matches, so 10 applicant – property matches in total. When considering how to process your match you may want to think about sorting or filtering your results into more manageable groups, perhaps by filtering by negotiator or selecting an applicant at a time. Â
If you do choose to apply filters to your Outstanding Match grid then remember that you are only processing those results – at some point you will need to remove the filters and process or exclude the rest of the results. If you have ticked a selection to process then you will need to repeat these steps, again processing or excluding as relevant, until you have no results remaining.
It is also worth noting that regardless of the sort order you have placed on the results, items such as labels and match reports are printed in alphabetical order (of surname).
