Having created a letter for an applicant, property, viewing or offer the letter is saved in the Events screen for that record and you are able to re-print or further edit the letter.
Locate the letter by filtering the events on Event Type letter and find the letter you wish to reprint or edit and click the record.
The following screen is displayed:
From here you are able to re-print the letter by clicking the 'Print' button or further edit the letter by clicking the 'Edit' button. It is important to note that when a letter is edited from this screen it will create a new record under the events tab and still retain the previous letter that was edited for compliancy.
Due to compliancy reasons you are only able to edit this document for up to 7 days after the original has been produced after which time the editing options will be greyed out.
