Cloning existing EA templates

Expert Agent provides a full set of HTML Standard Templates for you to use.  If you would like to use any of these you will need to clone them to take ownership before you are able to edit them.

The benefit of doing this is a lot of the hard work is done for you. The main things you will probably want to change is the text itself rather than the merge codes, tables etc. (although you can do so if you wish).

In order to see the full list of standard templates click into the 'Expert Agent Default Letters' tab as below:

1. Click onto the 'Expert Agent Default Letters' tab.
2. Set the filter to HTML on the Format column.

When you have found the templates you wish to copy click the 'Clone' option next to each one.

1. At that point you will need to confirm the Template description.
2. Click 'Next'

You will then be presented with the standard template details editing screen as covered above.
