Date Management
Quick Links really come in to play when you want to keep in touch with your applicants. Â Of course you can make your own Saved Selections, but a lot of the links we provide for you are really useful. My Next Contact Due Toady- any applicants which you yourself have registered, or have been assigned to you (either through the Portal Applicant Import, or by a colleague,) where their Next Contact Due is today, or earlier.Â
My Applicants where contract with other agent expires within 7 days- any applicants which you yourself have registered, or have been assigned to you (either through the Portal Applicant Import, or by a colleague,) where they are on the market with one of your competitors, and you have filled in the date on which the applicant's agency agreement expires with that agent. Â Use this to chase Potential Vendors whose property you initially didn't value, or you lost to another agent.Â
