Introduction to Tenancies

There’s no need to create a tenancy record until you have an applicant ready to apply for one of your properties, however you can create it earlier if you like and have it sitting as an ‘available’ tenancy.

Tenancy Dashboard

The tenancy dashboard has the same four main sections, similar to the other dashboards:

1.   Quick Find - Shows the Top 50 records.

2.   Stats - Office or Personal – from 1st of the month.

3.   Navigation History - Top 20 recent records worked on – supplements the Navigation item at the main menu.

4.   My Quick Links - Configured by you – click Edit then choose the links you want to see – 3 sets – personal, office and group. Eg “Office Let Tenancies”.  Your configured links show in the “my quick links” section.
