Initial Configuration

Once you and/or your super user nominee understand what Expert Agent can do and how to drive it, it is time to configure the product to suit your needs.

You need to get it set up right. Expert Agent will impact on all aspects of your business. Everything from the way you register applicants, the way you communicate with vendors, landlords and applicants, the way you do your brochures, the way you feed the property portals right through to the way you negotiate sales and lettings needs to be thought about and set up correctly.

If you pile in and start using it out of the box, you’ll compromise your ability to get the best out of it and you may not be able to reverse out without lots of data re-entering.

80% of the configuration is already done for you, but you will need to think about the way you classify applicants, the geographical areas that you work in etc.

New Member firms get up to 5 hours of one-to-one time with our product specialists and trainers. You'll need to use some of this time to get help reviewing your configuration. Once you have completed your Super User Training, your Account Manager will be pleased to arrange a one-to-one configuration review to make sure you have everything set up perfectly.
