Method 1 - Standard Property Powering

We have developed an “Instant Live” Powering component that displays properties with their associated maps, photos, floorplans etc. Our standard option uses 'iframes' to display your property data in the website:

It is quick and easy to integrate as everything resides on our servers. We can apply some free basic styling to this, such as changing the navigation bar, colour and resizing it to fit your website. Anything beyond this will fall into our ‘Custom Web Powering’ package, mentioned in the following section.

The standard width is 940px and this format won’t go below 700px.

• Can be implemented in one line of code
• No expensive separate databases to develop or maintain
• Applicant Registration, maps etc. are all included
• Lots of customization options to individualize your site
• Fully maintained and supported by Expert Agent
• Free!

Cons:

• No total design freedom – yet! Currently, we can help restyle the HTML but not the underlying HTML.

Most customers go for this approach. Let’s face it, so few customers use your website to find properties these days (they all use Rightmove) that as long as it looks good and works well it doesn't need to be complicated.
