- Click the arrow button next to “Business Configuration”.
- Select the Company Details section and you will be presented with the following screen:
- This is the name that will appear on your bills etc. The short name shows in the Expert Agent grids.
- The address may well have been set up for you already. The email address needs to be an office address as this is where the welcome/weekly e-mails etc. will go from.
- Enter the VAT details etc. The reference prefix number is a unique prefix for your branch. Next Reference number – If your last property in your old system had the ref 812006, make this 812007. Reference length determines how many zeros are put ahead of this number.
- If you are setting up a branch you have the chance to use one set of reference numbers (rather than a unique set for each branch) if you tick the “Parent Reference” box. Switch on the International Currency Features if needed.
- If you have purchased text credits this will show you your remaining balance.
- Click “Save”.
This is the only section that needs to be repeated for each branch. Generally we will set all branches up for you.
