There are 3 key elements of Expert Agent to consider – Dashboards, Grids and Forms.

These 3 Elements make up about 85% of the system so it is important that you can recognize these and understand what each can offer you.  Dashboards and Grids are configurable to suit your individual needs and job role. We will look at the personalisation of these in the following chapters.  

In these examples we will be focusing on the Applicant elements however please be aware ALL Dashboards, Grids and Forms within Expert Agent contain the same attributes and you will need to ensure all are setup accordingly.
